Coffee morning

Come and join Age Concern Bracknell Forest and the Dementia Advisory Service for a chat and meet up with others.

Time: 10:30am to midday

Dementia friendly cinema

Bracknell Film Society presents dementia friendly screenings which include:

  • lights left on low
  • sound levels reduced
  • a short interval 
  • staff and volunteers are Dementia Friends
  • refreshments

The Dementia Advisory Service will also be attending.

Warm welcome Tuesdays

Our over 55’s warm welcome is designed to support vulnerable and socially isolated people.

We offer light refreshments, information on how to reduce bills and stay healthy.

The Dementia Service will also be in attendance.

Come along to meet up with others and join in with some knitting projects and friendship.

Craft for carers

Come along for a craft session for family and unpaid carers.

Materials are supplied and refreshments are available for a donation.

Supported gym session

Sessions are inclusive, suitable for anyone, no matter what your age is, disability, medical condition. 

Time: 11am to midday

Seated exercises

Join Alzheimer’s Dementia Support (ADS) for seated exercises. They are simple and fun to do.

Refreshments are included and served at the start of the session.

Movement for mental health taster sessions

Join exercise and wellbeing groups from across the Bracknell Forest Community. Experience taster sessions throughout the day and meet some wonderful organisations with the Happiness Hub.
