The Bracknell Forest ‘Be’ leisure sites have developed the ‘Be 3x30’ campaign, which aims to offer adults in Bracknell Forest plenty of opportunities to be physically active and improve their fitness levels. This is an exciting venture for the ‘Be’ leisure sites to develop new ideas and projects while promoting good health and using 3x30 as a measurement.
Bracknell Forest residents are more active than average according to The Active People Survey, published in December 2006. Twenty-four percent of adults in Bracknell Forest participate in at least 30 minutes of sport and active recreation (including walking and cycling) of at least moderate intensity on at least three days a week. The national figure is 21 percent.
There is a wide variety of sport and recreational activities on offer in the Borough from using the gym to aerobics and walking and cycling to tennis and swimming, there is so much you can do.
