Assisted refuse collection
ListenIf you are elderly or have a disability or medical condition and find it difficult to take your bins or boxes to the kerbside you can apply for help.
Bins and boxes can be collected from the doorstep, or an agreed place, and containers will be returned to this place once emptied.
To apply for an assisted collection please fill out a short application form and send it to us to assess. Please note if there is an able person at the address who can move the bins and boxes then you will not qualify for an assisted collection. The application form can be found in the download section.
If the collection is approved you will receive a confirmation letter.
If you no longer need the assisted collection service please tell us as soon as possible using the contact details on the right.
