Training pool closure - Saturday 28 January

The Training Pool will be closed from 3.50pm on Saturday 28 January whilst a private party takes place.

New IT and online booking system

The new IT and online booking system will be going live on Tuesday 31 January. This will affect bookings, courses, loyalty points and memberships. Please be aware there may also be some delays at reception on Tuesday 31 January whilst our reception team adjust to the new system.

Casual bookings - including web bookings

Customers may book classes and courts in advance as normal until Monday 30 January (inclusive). Customers will be able to book classes and courts beyond this point from Tuesday 31 January on our new system.

Course bookings

Course enrolments and transfers will be processed until the close of business on Monday 30 January. Changes to existing enrolments/transfers will not be possible for the remainder of the term.

February half term courses

Bookings for February half term courses will be taken from Wednesday 1 February.

Bracknell Leisure Centre loyalty points

Customers can continue to collect and redeem Bracknell Leisure Centre loyalty points until Monday 30 January (inclusive). Points that are not redeemed will regrettably be lost.

Please note that Bracknell Leisure Centre loyalty points are different to your e+ / recycling points.

Annual/monthly memberships and renewals

Annual/ monthly memberships and renewals will not be taken from Tuesday 24 to Tuesday 31 January (inclusive). During this time member rates will be honoured where applicable.

Annual/ monthly memberships and renewals will start to be taken again from midday on Tuesday 31 January.  Please note that existing members on direct debit payments will be unaffected.

Platinum memberships

Platinum memberships will be available during this time, however the usual sign-up procedure will be affected. A platinum advisor will discuss this with you.

Leisure services review

We are undertaking a review of the leisure services provided at Bracknell Leisure Centre, Coral Reef Waterworld and Downshire Golf Complex. Due to severe financial pressures on the council, this could result in facilities being managed by a third party operator by early in 2018. A public meeting about this was held on 5 January.

Inflatable Aqua Run

Our popular 18-metre inflatable Aqua Run will be in the training pool between 1pm and 3pm every Saturday. It's open to all however, children under 8 years, non-competent swimmers and those wearing armbands must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

6-a-side football teams wanted

PlayFootball are hoping for teams to play in leagues (especially Wednesdays).

Pack it in!

Need support giving up? There is a regular and relaxed one-to-one stop smoking service in the Time Out Café every Monday between 10.30am and 2.30pm. Drop in or book an appointment by calling Smoke Free Life Berkshire on 0800 622 6360.

Busy car park

Please note that the leisure centre and car park are particularly busy at times when events are taking place. Visit our upcoming events page for relevant dates.

Please leave plenty of time to park your car and buy tickets.
