Forest Spa closure - 2 to 12 May
The Forest Spa will be closed from Tuesday 2 May to Friday 12 May (inclusive). This is due to a refurbishment of the ceiling tiles and steam room.

Important changes to our booking cancellations terms and conditions
The introduction of our new IT system at reception has made it necessary for us to revise (with immediate effect) the terms and conditions of court and class booking cancellations at Bracknell Leisure Centre.
Booking cancellations for all court and class bookings:
- more than 24 hours' notice - no charge
- less than 24 hours' notice - full charge
- non attendance - full charge payable on next visit
- activity tickets not collected from reception will show as a non attendance and will incur an arrear charge
The right of customers to book courts and classes will be withheld if the account is in arrears. This charge must be paid within 7 days otherwise the use of all facilities will be withdrawn until the debt is cleared.

Changes to concessionary rate eligibility
Please note that the eligibility for concessionary rate changed to 64 years as of Saturday 1 April 2017.
New online booking system
Bracknell Leisure Centre and Downshire Golf Complex members using the new booking system for the first time are required to create a password when they log in. To create this password click 'Login/Register' and then select 'Register without a password'. Once you have completed the required fields on this page you will then receive an email with a unique code which will allow you to log in and make your online booking. This process will only need to be completed once when the account is initially set up.
If you receive a message stating 'There were errors with your submission. The email address you entered did not match any accounts in our file', this means we do not have the email address you used entered against your membership record. You will need to call the Leisure Centre on 01344 454203 to add or correct your email address. You will then be able to follow the instructions above.
Leisure users without memberships
You are not required to log in. You can search for your activity and will be prompted to enter your email address in before you make your payment.
Leisure services review
We are undertaking a review of the leisure services provided at Bracknell Leisure Centre, Coral Reef Waterworld and Downshire Golf Complex. Due to severe financial pressures on the council, this could result in facilities being managed by a third party operator by early in 2018. A public meeting about this was held on 5 January.
Inflatable Aqua RunOur popular 18-metre inflatable Aqua Run will be in the training pool between 1pm and 3pm every Saturday. It's open to all however, children under 8 years, non-competent swimmers and those wearing armbands must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
6-a-side football teams wanted
PlayFootball are hoping for teams to play in leagues (especially Wednesdays).

Please leave plenty of time to park your car and buy tickets.
