Bus pass - renewals

BusIf you currently have a bus pass issued by Bracknell Forest Council, please check the expiry date in the box in the middle of the card, on the side which has your photo. If the expiry date shown is less than a month away, you need to renew your pass. Please note that you cannot renew your pass more than a month in advance.

Ways to renew your bus pass

If your personal details have not changed, and the photo on your pass is still a good likeness; you can renew it:

  • Online
  • over the phone by calling 01344 352000
  • in person at your local council office, library or leisure centre

If your surname or home address has changed since your bus pass was issued, or you need a new photo

  • you will need to renew your pass in person at your local council office, library or leisure centre
  • you will need to bring with you proof of your new address and/or surname

If you have a disabled person’s bus pass which is due for renewal

in the first instance you will need to call the council on 01344 352000 so we can asses whether you will need to re-confirm proof of your disability

If you have a friend or relative with a bus pass issued by Bracknell Forest Council please ask them to check the expiry date on their pass.
