Commuting to Bracknell Forest
Bracknell sits within easy reach of numerous towns and villages in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey and mid-way between the M3 and M4 corridors. This easy access provides employees with a wide range of options for the journey to work.
Car parking
There is very restricted parking at our town centre offices. We are occasionally able to acquire additional car parking at other public town centre car parks. If you would like a car parking space we will place you on a waiting list when you start your employment with us. Please note there will usually be a charge for parking which will then depend on your salary and working hours. Find out more about the
parking charges (PDF, 17kb).
Certain posts which require frequent business journeys to be undertaken are designated as ‘Required Car Users’ and do not pay for parking. Parking at offices outside the town centre is usually free of charge.
Public transport
Our town centre offices are just a short walk from the bus terminus, with routes to Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor and Camberley. Alternatively, the railway station is also just a few minutes walk from our town centre offices. Sitting on the main line route between London Waterloo and Reading, popular London suburbs such as Twickenham and Richmond are less than 45 minutes away.
We offer half price monthly bus pass tickets for travel around Bracknell and interest-free loans for rail season tickets. If you live closer to Bracknell, cycling can be an attractive option. With our beautiful wooded countryside, and extensive network of cycleways, it really is a pleasant way to start the day. Our town centre offices have secure cycle storage, lockers and shower and changing facilities.
