We aim to repair any street lighting fault under the control of Bracknell Forest Borough Council within 5 working days.
However, depending upon the nature of the reported fault, repairs will be prioritised:
- urgent faults will be attended to immediately,
- non-urgent faults will be repaired within 5 working days and
- some repairs where cabling has been damaged, may take much longer to repair.
Road Gritting
The Council provides a standby and basic facility between the second week in November and the last week of March.
For precautionary salting, we will treat the roads within 3 hours.
