Taxi applications
Licence issued within 2 clear working days following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Premises Licences (new and variation)
Licence issued within 1 month if no hearing required following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Licence issued 2 months if hearing required following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Personal Licences
Licence issued within 5 working days if clear CRB Disclosure following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Licence issued within 6 weeks if hearing required following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) Licence - Variation or Transfer
Licence issued within 21 days if no objection received following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Licence issued within 6 weeks if hearing required following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
All other licences, permits, registrations and consents
Licence issued within 5 working days following receipt of fully completed and valid application (if no hearing required, following close of any consultation period).
Licence issued within 2 months if hearing required following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
Temporary Events Notices (TENS)
Licence issued within 96 hours or 1 clear working day, whichever is longest following receipt of fully completed and valid application.
