Recruitment
Requests for hard copy packs of recruitment application packs will be dispatched by first class post within 2 working days.
If you are short-listed for recruitment interviews you will be informed within 14 days of the closing date.
We will respond to telephone enquiries regarding recruitment within 1 working day.
Democratic services
We will have staff available during our office opening times to respond to calls to the office and enable public inspection of agendas, minutes, Executive Forward Plan and public registers.
Our agendas for public meetings will be available 5 clear days before the meeting takes place for inspection (clear days do not include the day of publication, day of the meeting, weekends or public holidays).
Executive decisions will be published within 48 hours of the decision being made.
We will publish minutes of meetings on this website within 15 working days of the meeting date.
Insurance
We will accept or repudiate liability for personal accident claims within 90 days.
