Visitor Survey
ListenWe value your feedback on our website and a visitor survey is conducted independently on our behalf by ROL.
The survey is offered to every tenth visitor as they land on our website. They are offered the opportunity to participate in the survey and, if they indicate 'yes' the survey questionnaire will appear on their screen as the user leaves our website domain for another.
If you are prompted to complete the survey, please help us to improve the service we provide by participating - no personal data is collected, so your anonymity is guaranteed.
We review the responses we receive to the user satisfaction survey and in future we are planning to tell you about the changes we have made to our website as a result of the feedback we receive.
