Meet our Trainees

Keith MatshaziWe work hard to support existing employees to develop their skills, knowledge and qualifications through a wide range of different approaches. These include on-the-job training, attending seminars, shadowing other employees to see how they tackle issues through to participation in qualification programmes.

With new employees, we encourage personal development opportunities and actively identify their needs during the first 6 months of employment, so that any gaps in their knowledge can be addressed quickly, making them more efficient.

We also provide a wide range of opportunities to school pupils (as part of their Year 10 work experience placements), plus student placements and trainee and/or apprenticeship programmes.
