What planning records are now available online?*

Planning records are available online back to 1948. We are currently undertaking a project which will result in images of all planning applications, forms, decisions and plans being available online back to 1948. Currently this information is available back to 2000.

*The online planning records contained within the site at present should not be relied upon as a substitute for carrying out a formal Land Charge Search. No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from the Public Access system.

If you have any problems in using this service or suggestions on how we can improve it for you then please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact details on the right. You may still visit our offices during office hours and view applications if you wish.
