Personal Searches
A personal search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges Register. This can be carried out by anyone. The Council also provides a one-stop shop facility.
Information for Personal Searchers
You can book a personal search by appointment daily between the hours of 10.30am and 4.00pm using the contact details below. Please book your request at least 24 hours in advance and send us an appropriate property address and site plan to which the search relates. The fee is £22 (plus 23p per page of the Register).

One-stop Shop at Bracknell Forest
The Local Land Charges Section provides a one-stop-shop facility for personal searchers where all information requested will be collated into a convenient tailored report so that you don't need to contact individual sections of the Council.
To use this service, please complete the relevant tick box form below. The charge for each item of information is listed on the form. We aim to provide this information within four working days. The form should be completed and posted or emailed to the above address. Payment can be made when collecting the information from the Land Charges Section over the public counter by cheque or cash.
