Winkfield Row Conservation Area Consultation

Under Section 71 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, local planning authorities are required to publish management proposals for the preservation and enhancement of conservation areas in their area. The management proposals outline how residents within conservation areas may participate in the preservation and enhancement of the conservation area and the way in which the Council is involved.

The Borough Council has consulted with residents and interested parties on the draft management proposals for Winkfield Row Conservation Area. The proposals are in the downloads section on the right-hand side of this page. The consultation period closed on Monday 21 January 2008 and we are now considering responses.
