Conservation Area Planning Consent

The demolition of any part of a building in a Conservation Area needs Conservation Area Consent. This includes outhouses and in some case garden or boundary walls. If consent is granted, any rebuilding on the site of the demolition will require planning permission.

Further information is available on the four conservations areas in Bracknell Forest.
