Peacock Farm Planning and Design Brief
The Peacock Farm Planning and Design Brief sets out the Borough Council’s expectations for development on this 1500 house site. It covers issues ranging from the layout of residential areas, architectural style, affordable housing, parking, landscape design and recreation and public open spaces. It is intended to be a guide to developers outlining the aspirations for this large development. This has now been further supplemented by a masterplan for the Jennett's Park Development that is currently being developed by Redrow Homes.
