Minerals and Waste Local Development Framework
The six unitary authorities in Berkshire decided, under the provision of Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, to produce a Joint Minerals and Waste Local Development Framework. The Joint Strategic Planning Unit (JSPU) has undertaken to carry out this work on their behalf.
The six Berkshire unitary authorities are:
- Bracknell Forest Borough Council
- Reading Borough Council
- The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
- Slough Borough Council
- West Berkshire Council
- Wokingham District Council
