Limiting the Impact of Development Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
Bracknell Forest Council has prepared and published a supplementary planning document on Limiting the Impact of Development (LID). This document was adopted as an SPD at a meeting of the Executive of Bracknell Forest Borough Council on 24 July 2007.
This SPD sets out how the Borough Council will ensure speed, transparency and consistency in the implementation of Local Plan policies through the negotiation of planning obligations.
It identifies the infrastructure and other requirements that are likely to be sought and provides guidance on standard formulae for calculating contributions. It also contains a word version of a model Section 106 agreement.
