Development Management - Housing and Commercial Policies and Sites Development Plan Document (DPD) SA/SEA
The Development Management - Housing and Commercial Policies and Sites DPD ensures delivery of sustainable housing of all types, sizes and tenures including the identification and phasing of specific sites to meet the housing allocation. Alongside this, there will be policies to ensure continued economic and retail prosperity in the Borough including site-specific policies and allocations, and policies relating to the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.
The Sustainability Appraisal for the Development Management DPD is being carried out alongside the DPD to ensure it informs the strategy throughout production thereby ensuring that sustainable development objectives are fully integrated.
The Sustainability Appraisal (incorporating a Strategic Environmental Assessment) will follow the procedure outlined in government guidance.
