Development Management DPD SA/SEA
The Development Management Development Plan Document (DMDPD) will consider all aspects of Development Management including policies to ensure sustainable housing and commercial development, continued economic prosperity, social equality and environmental enhancement.
The sustainability appraisal for the DMDPD will help to ensure it informs the strategy throughout production so sustainable development is fully integrated.
The sustainability appraisal (incorporating a strategic environmental assessment) will follow the procedure outlined in government guidance.
