This document provides guidance to the construction industry, residents living within or near the site, interest groups and the public on how the Amen Corner area should be redeveloped.
It provides 13 development principles and a concept plan which together form a comprehensive framework to guide development. With Policy CS4 of the adopted Core Strategy, the SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications affecting the site.
The document was adopted as an SPD at a meeting of the Executive of Bracknell Forest Borough Council on 16 March 2010. It can be downloaded, along with other related information
