The Sustainable Resource Management SPD provides additional guidance on the implementation of policies within the Bracknell Forest Borough Core Strategy Development Plan Document; specifically Core Strategy Policy CS10: Sustainable Resources and Core Strategy Policy CS12: Renewable Energy.
The guidance sets out how new developments should be constructed in a sustainable way in order to meet local, regional and national best practice standards relating to natural resource use and climate change.
The document was adopted as an SPD at a meeting of the Executive of Bracknell Forest Borough Council on 21 October 2008. It can be downloaded, along with other related information:
