Becoming a Cycle Instructor

The Road Safety Team recruits people aged 16+ to instruct on cycle training courses designed for children from 10 years of age upwards, to work on a casual basis during the Schools summer holidays at centres in Bracknell. Training is given and instructors are paid.

What Qualifications and Experience are required?

Qualifications: Attendance at a cycle instructor training course
Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly to trainees.
Ability to instruct trainees in accordance with the cycle training programme.
Working Ratio: The ratio is two instructors to ten maximum trainees.
