Equality information, data and research

The council is proud of its record in delivering fair and accessible services. We are committed to being an ‘Employer of Choice’, providing a flexible and supportive working environment, and ensuring that our workforce reflects the community we serve. The workforce monitoring report contains statistical information on employees and applicants for jobs at the council. This helps ensure that the council has a full understanding of the makeup of its workforce.

The council publishes service based equality information yearly to ensure that Bracknell Forest communities are able to monitor and challenge our performance on equalities. We hope you find the reports useful and welcome any feedback, comments or questions on the information provided.

The reports below relate to the year 2014-15. If you would like to see copies of previous reports, please contact the Community Engagement and Equalities team.
