Forestcare is a 24 hour telecare response centre based in the heart of Bracknell.
We provide a range of telecare solutions to both individuals and organisations. Our dedicated team is here every day of the year to provide support and assistance.
We are regulated by the Telecare Services Association and the Care Quality Commission to make sure the services we offer are of the highest standard.
Digital phone switchover
Currently, your lifeline is connected to the analogue phone network. This network is being replaced by a digital one. This is called the digital upgrade.
We have started upgrading lifeline alarms and will continue to do so up to the end of January 2027.

Safe and well visit
A safe and well visit is a free service provided by the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Referring a patient
If you are a medical professional and discharging a patient, refer them to Forestcare to help them get the support at home that they need.
