Winkfield, Cranbourne and North Ascot
Children and families in Winkfield, Cranbourne and North Ascot now have access to extended services through their local schools. The schools in the cluster are:
- Cranbourne Primary School
- Winkfield St. Mary’s Primary School
- Ascot Heath Infant School
- Ascot Heath Junior School
Extended services on offer locally include:
- A wide range of out of school activities for children and young people
- Fun family learning sessions
- Parents’ coffee mornings with professionals on hand to answer questions and offer advice (e.g. school nurse, Behaviour Support Team)
- Support for parents through sessions and family outreach workers
- Access to local childcare
There is a three year plan for the area, detailing current and future work (see right). The Area Steering Group oversees the plan, and the local work. See the first page of the plan for details of who sits on the group.
