Primary School Places for 2012
If your child's date of birth is on or between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008 you should register your child's details with the School Admissions Team. This can be done by completing the Primary Admissions Registration Form or by contacting Customer Services on 01344 352000.
Once you have done this you will be sent details of how to apply for a primary school place for your child; either using a paper form or by using the Online Application for School Admissions using the link on the right.
The closing date for primary applications was 16 January 2012.
Offer letters will be posted on 23 April 2012.
The closing date for submitting admissions appeals for 2012/13 Admission is 24 May 2012. All appeals received by the deadline will be heard by the end of the summer term
Jennett's Park CE Primary School
Following a request from the temporary Governing body, the Schools Adjudicator has agreed to an in-year variation to the Admissions Policy for the school. It has decided that the admission number will be 60 so the school will offer 60 places for the September 2012 Reception class.
If your child is in year 2 in an infant school and you wish to apply for a junior school then please apply using either the online system or a paper form. This will be issued by your child’s current infant school.
The closing date for junior applications was 16 January 2012.
Offer letters will be posted 23 April 2012.
The closing date for submitting admissions appeals for 2012/13 Admission is 24 May 2012. All appeals received by the deadline will be heard by the end of the summer term
Secondary School Places for 2012
If your child is in year 6 and you wish to apply for them to transfer to secondary school then you will have received information about how to apply by either using a form or how to log into the Online Application for School Admissions by 12 September 2011.
The closing date for secondary applications was 31 October 2011
Offer letters will be posted on 1 March 2012.
The closing date for submitting admissions appeals for Year 7 September 2012 is 30 March 2012. All appeals received by the deadline will be heard by the end of the summer term
