Primary Admissions Registration Form

If you have a child whose date of birth is on or between 1 September 2004 and 31 August 2005 you will be able to register online. Alternatively you can telephone the Schools Admissions Team using the number on the right hand side of this page from September 2008.

You can register by filling out the Primary admissions registration form and submitting it online (you do not need to print anything). This will register your child with the School Admissions Team, this is not an application form for a school place for your child.

If you have more than one child born on or between 01/09/04 and 31/08/05 you will need to fill out a separate form for each.

Once your child is registered with the School Admissions Team an application form to apply for a school place and a booklet explaining the process will be sent out to you in the Autumn. You will then, if you wish, be able to contact schools within the Borough to make a visit and make your application. You will be able to apply for up to 3 schools (only naming schools within Bracknell Forest on your form). The completed form must be submitted to the School Admissions Team with your child’s birth certificate and your current council tax notice. You are welcome to come into the office with the documents where they will be photocopied and returned to you immediately. Failure to include documents will mean your application will not be processed.
