Training and Professional Development
We support the Continuing Professional Development of Teachers, Governors and Teaching and Learning Support Staff through:
- A programme of high quality in-service training courses and conferences geared to the needs of specific groups such as NQTs, Teaching Assistants, Governors, SENCOs, Headteachers and Senior Managers
- Bespoke training courses for individual schools or clusters of school
- Dissemination of best practice through the work of:
- Advanced Skills Teachers, Leading Teachers, Subject Co-Ordinator Meetings; Advisory Teachers and National Strategy Consultants
- Advice and support from Advisory Staff, Officers and Consultants
