• Exercise Referral Scheme
• Phase IV Cardiac Rehab Classes

The Activate Health Scheme is a local health project run by Bracknell Forest Borough Council. The purpose of Activate is to provide opportunities for residents to be more active and to obtain expert advice on exercise locally.

The scheme operates out of Bracknell Leisure Centre and currently has two main projects operating in the borough. These are:

• Phase IV cardiac rehab exercise classes
