- We have 4 disabled spaces in the car park close to the entrance.
- The route to reception is on one level with no steps.
- The entrance doors are double width automatic doors.
- In reception we have a counter loop system to assist our customers that have a degree of hearing loss.
- Located on ground level
There are 15 rooms with one of these rooms having a grab rail, alarm, hoist, portable chair and an automatic bed.- There are two disabled toilets; one in the reception area and one in the changing rooms both of which have grab rails and alarms fitted.
- In the shower area there is a shower chair with grab rail.
- A portable hoist to ease access to the pool, please ask a member of staff if this is required
- The entry into the water is at a very shallow point and has a gradual slope into the deeper areas
- Can be accessed from poolside via two double doors.
- Has an electronic hoist provided for access into the spa pool.
- Can be accessed by a lift
- Lower servery area for wheelchair users

All staff have received disability awareness training and some staff are trained in sign language.
All current leaflets can be produced in large print, Braille or on tape upon request.
One helper admitted free of charge per disabled admission.
All wheelchair bound customers using the restaurant must make their way to the top of the reception stairs to a designated safe area where assistance will be provided as soon as possible.
