BodyWorks Running Group
The BodyWorks Running Group is a great way to start running, keep fit and make friends. The group meets every Monday at 7.30pm outside the Leisure Centre and takes different local routes around the area. We only ever run as fast as the slowest person. Running in a group may give you the motivation to improve on your running and even compete in a race with friends. All abilities are welcome so please come and join us one Monday, but beware....it can get addictive!
