Ladies Indulgence Evening
Spend a quality Saturday evening with your friends with exclusive use of the Forest Spa facilities, tanning session, massage and a buffet. It’s the perfect hen or birthday party or just a great Saturday night out!

Reception and Lounge
The reception area is the hub of a vibrant open plan spa. There is a refreshment bar so you can get a drink while you relax! The lounge area has seating and recliners so you can chill-out or chat.
Tanning Area
Fully self-contained, the tanning suite has separate shower and toilet facilities plus easy access to all other areas of the spa as you require them.
Five tanning beds allow you to enjoy tanning in comfort. With 20 minute sessions from the Ergoline™ range, you can pace your tanning sensibly in line with new health guidelines.
Please note: Under Health and Safety guidelines you will be required to complete a user questionnaire before using tanning equipment
Whirlpool Spa
Our large whirlpool spa of effervescent waters offers an all-over body massage for relaxation as well as providing the health benefits of hydrotherapy.
Foot Spa
The foot spa offers similar relaxation benefits to reflexology massage but uses bubbling water tingling over your feet and lower legs.
Hot Tub
The hot tub offers deeper, warmer water for a full body water treatment with optional spa feature.
Sauna
A high heat environment with low humidity levels ideal for people with circulatory or muscular conditions. Cosmetic benefits for skin tone and condition are also achievable.
Steam Room
High humidity levels combined with lower temperatures. As an alternative to the sauna, it can also be of benefit to anyone with joint, muscle, mobility or nasal conditions. Again, cosmetic benefits for skin tone and condition are also achievable.
Sanarium®
The Sanarium® combines the sauna and steam room into a mid-climate environment offering more gentle sauna heat and steam room humidity for maximum benefit.
Feature Showers
Practical yet exhilarating, the feature showers are used as punctuation points between your water- and heat-based treatments. Helping to cool your body between sessions, they prepare you for your next venture.
