Over the school holiday the following sessions will be running:
Teen Balance
Wednesday 2nd and 9th August
5.00pm - 5.55pm
Teen Cycling
Tuesday 15th, 22nd and 29th August
5.00pm - 5.45pm
TeenWorX (runs throughout summer)
Wednesday: 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday: 4.00pm - 5.00pm and 5.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturday: 1.30pm - 2.30pm and 2.30pm - 3.30pm
Sunday: 3.00pm - 4.00pm
Class Guide
Teen Balance (11-16yrs)
A yoga-based stretch and strengthening programme, which will help relieve stress and give you a sense of well-being.
Teen Circuits (11-16yrs)
To improve fitness, strength and stamina. A non-stop class full of fun and energy.
Teen Cycling (11-16yrs)
Indoor cycling to music working heart, lungs and lower body muscles.
TeenWorX (12-16yrs)
An instructor led session in the gym for 12-16 year olds with energy to burn! Work your body and improve your overall fitness, strength and well-being. TeenWorX runs throughout the holidays.
