Exercise Classes
Ante Natal for women who are over 12 weeks pregnant. The sessions includes water exercises and relaxation which promotes flexibility and strengthens and tones muscles, increasing cardio vascular fitness leading to improved stamina and confidence during delivery and helps with pain management. It also gives women the chance to meet and socialize with other women who are pregnant in this area.
Post Natal for women who have a baby of at least six weeks old. The session covers water exercises and relaxation to tone and strengthen the muscles after delivery. It also gives women the chance to meet and socialize with other women who have babies in this area.
The classes are led by a qualified midwife.
Ante Natal - Saturday mornings: 8.00am - 9.00am.
Post Natal - Sunday mornings: 8.00am - 9.00am.
Aqua Aerobics
Water based adult group exercise class designed to suit all abilities both swimmers and non swimmers. The class is designed with a varied theme each week challenging different muscle groups with the use of woggles and dumb bells. With music to suit all tastes. This is a safe and efficient way to excise to increase strength, tone muscle and improve cardio vascular fitness.
At the end of each class there is a social gathering in the air conditioned restaurant overlooking the pool.
Thursday mornings: 9.30am - 10.15am.
