Health Studio
The Health Studio has undergone a transformation with new equipment, new entrance and ventilation system.
The Health Studio is an air conditioned facility with a good range of free weights and CV equipment, providing an all over cardio vascular and weight training workout.
Users are sure to achieve results in this relaxed and friendly environment. With approximately 400 users, the gym caters for all and is available to use from 6:30am – 9:00pm Mondays, 6:30am – 10:00pm Tuesday – Fridays and 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturday and Sundays.
Not only does the gym benefit from being within Sauna World, it is also currently free to use with the purchase of a Sauna World ticket, making it a popular choice for our customers.
In order to take advantage of this great facility, all customers need to do is have a one off induction which costs £15.00. The induction will last for approximately one & half hours and is conducted by one of our fully qualified fitness instructors.
Included is a health check, which consists of checking your weight and height, body fat composition and blood pressure, a fitness test, a full demonstration of all the equipment in the gym and a personal training programme to suit each individuals needs. In addition to this, there is also a free 12 week reassessment to monitor progress. The gym is only available to users who have undergone an induction and is monitored by our unique computerised card entry door system. Users also have to be over 18 years of age, as the gym is within the Sauna World facility. On Wednesday and Friday evening from 7pm users need to be over 21.
