Coral Reef Customer Comments

Coral Reef welcomes comments on its service, programme and value for money or enjoyment. These can be made via the internet, over the phone or in writing.

Once a customer comment form, letter or email has been received a reply will be sent within 5 working days. If the reply is not to your satisfaction, you may make further comments to the General Manager.

We will make every effort to try and bring your suggestions or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.

Please feel free to make comments on the above procedure.

If you would like to be on the focus group for the centre and attend meetings or take part in customer surveys via the internet then please email coral.reef@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.
