- All children under 8 years of age must be supervised in the water by a responsible adult (18+). A maximum of 2 under 8s per adult is permitted.
- All child non-swimmers must wear buoyancy aids. These are on loan, free of charge. You will find them on the poolside.
- Due to the depth of water, there is no diving or jumping into the pool.
A plan showing the pool layout is located in the lobby area titled “Your Guide..”
- Any surface which is wet will be more slippery than any surface which is dry.
- Do not run around the pool or in the changing area, take special care when using wet steps. A hand rail is provided.
- Take extreme care when holding small children in your arms whilst walking around the pool and changing areas.
- You are advised to be aware of the 3 water jets (the White Volcano, the Serpent Spouts and the cannons on the pirate ship) in the pool which may cause alarm to the very young children if they are hit by them.
- The water from the White Volcano is thrown into the centre of the main area within the pool. It is off for 20 minutes then on for 10 minutes. Familiarise yourself with it before venturing into the main area of the pool.
- There are small slides in Little Corals Pools and one under the Rain Cloud for under 5s only. Children should be assisted by an adult on the slide.
- All slides at Coral Reef should be ridden feet first.
- The two rapids operate separately for 3 minutes and then together for 6 minutes in any half hour. They consist of channels with fast flowing water.
- They are suitable for strong swimmers only. Young children wearing a buoyancy aid may ride the rapids if they are directly supervised by a responsible adult.
- You are advised to ride in such a position so you can see where you are going.
- When queuing at the bottom of the tower - please only go on a green light and only seven at a time (unless parent and under 5).
- Please choose the relevant queue for the slide you wish to use. (Queue jumping only causes irritation and delays for others).
- For further notice on how to use the slides please read the notice located at the bottom of the flume tower or ask any of the lifeguards.

- Not all costume fabrics are suitable for use in chlorinated/disinfected water, bleaching may occur. This is beyond our control and the management cannot accept responsibility for any damage.
