Functions
Here at Downshire Golf Complex, our function facilities have continued to increase in popularity over the past three years. This is largely due to recommendations and returning customers.
Each function is dealt with on an individual basis so your needs will be specifically catered for. We can provide facilities for a number of events, including:
- Anniversaries
- Business Events, Corporate Days and Conferences
- Funeral Receptions
- Wedding Receptions
Please note, however, that we do not cater for 18th or 21st Birthdays.
Function Room
The function area will seat 60 people for lunch/dinner or accommodate up to 120 people for an evening buffet/disco.
- Room hire only: £150.00*
* If food is ordered over the value of £350.00 then this hire charge will not apply.

| Meeting Room The newly-refurbished meeting room, now with air conditioning, is ideal for small team and boardroom meetings or for those who would simply prefer to meet away from the office. It is also ideal for smaller private functions. It comes fully equipped with audio-visual equipment and has a large window overlooking the superb driving range facilities. This room is perfect for groups up to 20 (depending on your requirements). |

- Use of flip chart and pens: £5.00
- Visual Hire for under 4 hours: £15.00
- Tea, coffee and biscuits (1 serving): £1.75ph
- Tea, coffee and biscuits (2 servings): £3.00ph
