LSCB Information for Parents and Carers

Bracknell Forest LSCB – ‘Safeguarding Children Together’

The Local Safeguarding Children Board is keen to help and support Parents and Carers.

This page is designed to signpost the information, help and advice is available.

Please follow the links on the right hand side of the page to find specific information. We’ve selected a few areas that parents/carers often have questions about:

Fostering and Adoption

We are always looking for people who would be interested in fostering or adoption.

Private Fostering

If you are a carer for a child or young person (who’s not related to you) for 28 days or more, (and the arrangements are not made by the Council or a voluntary organisation), you could be a Private Foster Carer. Please contact us because you might be entitled to some support.

Get Involved

We are constantly updating this information. If you have any suggestions on what information you would useful, or if you would like to help us in the design of materials, please contact: andrea.king@bracknell-forest.gov.uk
