The Partnership Board is there to make sure that all the things that Valuing People says should happen for adults with learning disabilities in Bracknell Forest are done.
They must make sure that they link with groups that plan support for Children with Learning Disabilities so that they can plan for when the young people are adults.
Everybody on the Partnership Board should make sure that they do not treat people with disabilities differently from other people.
The Partnership Board must also make sure that it works with other people to make sure that the needs of people with learning disabilities are taken into account in all plans.
