Direct Payments - Online Enquiry

Direct Payments is money your Council can give you to purchase the support you need. Most people who use social care services could get a direct payment, these people include people with a disability aged 16 years and above, older people, people with mental health needs, parents of a child with a disability and carers. Direct payments put you in charge and allow you to choose what services you use, when you use them and who you get them from.

If you can't find the information you're looking for on our website, you can fill out our Direct Payments Online Enquiry Form.

Simply enter your contact details, your questions and some information about any support you are receiving or wanting to receive and submit the form online (you do not need to print anything off). We will then contact you and provide you with the information you require.

The form should take around 5 minutes to complete and you can see how far you have to go by looking at the progress bar near the bottom of the screen.
