People Who Are Deaf or Have Poor Hearing
If you are deaf or have very poor hearing which affects your everyday living you may be able to get help from social services.
To find out if social services can help they will talk with you about what you can do and what help you think you need. Social services will work with you to agree what help you may need. This is called an assessment. Not everyone is entitled to an assessment or help from social services. This depends on your needs and circumstances.
If you would like to request information, advice or help, please contact us using the details on the right.
