SMART are the first point of contact for all alcohol referrals and are based at New Hope they will provide community detoxification and referrals into in-patient detoxification for clients that are alcohol dependent

How can I access new Hope Hope alcohol service?

New Hope is the first point of contact for all substance misuse services in Bracknell Forest. Self referrals can be made either by phoning us on the tel. number given on the right or by attending one of the following drop-in sessions:

• Tuesday - 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm
• Friday - 10.00 am. to 12.30 pm

There is no need to make an appointment for a drop-in session. You will be seen by a worker who can provide advice, information, further appointments and referrals to specialist services.

Referrals will also be accepted from other agencies including the Community Mental Health Team, probation, prisons, GPs and voluntary organisations.
