We fit a secured by design external key safe outside your property, in a discrete location. In an emergency or if you are unable to get to the door, your nominated key holder will be able to gain access to your home via the key safe. The type of key safe we use, the Supra C500, has the highest security level ever awarded to a key safe in the UK. As a result of this rating, the product has achieved police approval through the Secured by Design initiative. It is also an insurance approved product.
If you need help in an emergency, one of our friendly, efficient and well-trained Emergency Response Officers will be able to attend to make sure you get the help you need. This might be to let the emergency services in or to wait with you whilst the GP is called. In some circumstances, if you don’t require an ambulance or your GP, we may be able to help instead.
We will fit a Supra C500 key safe outside your property. You can then give the pin-code to visitors you trust (such as family, friends or carers), who can then get in without you needing to get to the door.
Forestcare will also be able to get into your home in an emergency to check that you are OK or to let the emergency services in. This means your door will not be forced and therefore you will not have the distress and inconvenience of having to get it repaired.
Please find price list in the Download section on the right hand side. The cost of the service includes up to 12 visits from one of our Emergency Response Officers during any 12 month period. This will involve checking on your welfare and providing access to the emergency services if required. You will be charged extra for any additional visits. Payment can be made via monthly direct debit or quarterly invoice.
