Lone Worker Monitoring

What is lone worker monitoring?

The lone worker monitoring system provides reassurance and security for staff working alone or in risky situations.

It is easy and straightforward to access through a mobile phone. The Forestcare team monitors the risk and can provide a rapid response in the event of an accident or other dangerous incident.

All you need to have your employees linked into our lone worker monitoring network is a mobile phone.

How does lone worker monitoring work?

When the lone worker begins a task where they might be at risk, they simply dial into our system with their mobile phone. They are then prompted with easy step-by-step instructions to provide us with information about who they are visiting, their location and for how long they will be there.

The worker then carries on with their duties as normal, with the reassurance that they can activate an alert status at any time.

The system will automatically contact the worker if they have not called back within the specified time period. If no response is received, we will automatically notify the back up team and replay the workers last known activity details. Help will then be summoned.
