Allocation of Affordable Housing
People who apply for affordable housing in Bracknell Forest bid for homes they would like to be considered for via BFC My choice.
The BFC My choice website contains details of current properties available for letting which applicants can bid for either online or by telephone. Whether a property is allocated to an applicant by the housing association that owns it will depend on the band the applicant is in and how long they have been waiting. Those who are in the highest band and have been waiting longest will be shortlisted and their details sent to the housing association.
