Expressing Choice or Preferences
When you complete your application form, you will be able to indicate what areas and type of accommodation you wish to be considered for.
Your preference will be discussed with you at a home visit, which is normally undertaken when you are close to being made an offer of accommodation.
What was discussed will be confirmed in a letter to you, which will indicate the areas, type of accommodation you wish to be considered for as well as any other specific requirements.
The letter will also confirm that you are now on the active list, or will explain why this is not appropriate.
