Report an Incident

You can report an incident here using our online incident report form. Simply answer the questions presented to you and then press the submit button at the end. You don't have to print anything off.

This form can be used to report any of the following:

  • Domestic violence

    Any incident of threatening behaviour, violence or abuse (psychological, physical, sexual, financial or emotional) between any people who are or who have been intimate partners or family members, regardless of gender.

  • Homophobic crime

    Any incident which is perceived to be homophobic by the victim or any other person. In effect, any incident intended to have an impact on those perceived to be Lesbians, gay men, bisexual or transgender people.

  • Racist crime

    Any incident that is perceived to be racist by the victim or any other person.

You may report anonymously for statistical purposes but if you do not leave your name and address it may not be possible to take further action.
