How do I get an e+ card?
Simple! Anyone who lives in, works in or visits Bracknell Forest is entitled to an e+ card.
You can apply at Customer Service centres in Council offices at Easthampstead House, Time Square and Seymour House. Alternatively, call in to your local Bracknell Forest library or visit Bracknell Leisure Centre, Edgbarrow or Sandhurst Sports Centres or The Downshire Golf Complex. Please note that if you are disabled and would like to use your e+ card as a concessionary bus pass, you will need to bring your documentary proof of disability into our Time Square Council office to complete your application.
A member of staff will take you through a short application process and then take your photograph. This photo will appear on the front of your e+ card to ensure only you can receive the great benefits the e+ card brings.
It is now possible to do the first part of your enrolment online. Your personal information and the choice of the services you wish to use can be selected from the Apply Online link of the e+ Single Enrolment website. To complete the process, you will need to attend one of the Bracknell Forest Council sites listed above where your photograph will be taken by a member of staff and your personal details will be checked against your verifying documents.
If you are not an existing Bracknell Forest library or leisure member you will need to take two forms of identification with you – one showing your address and the other with your signature on it. If you are over 60 and applying for a concessionary bus pass, you will also need to bring proof of your age. If you are applying for a bus pass and are disabled, you will need to show us proof of a permanent disability. If you are a young person applying for an e+ PASS proof of age card you will need to provide photographic proof of age. When the enrolment process has been completed, your card will be sent to you by post ready for use. Your first e+ card will be issued free of charge.
