Adult Social Care annual report 2013-2014

Bracknell Forest Adult Social Care writes a report each year about what has been happening in services for adults.
The report for this year states:

  • what Adult Social Care said it would do
  • what was important
  • how well it was done
  • what was the difference that it made to people’s lives

In writing this report, it was important to consult those who know about the issues affecting our community. Therefore we consulted, and have included, the views of the following organisations in this year’s report:

  • the Learning Disability Partnership Board
  • the Autism Partnership Board
  • the Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board
  • the Intermediate Care Partnership Board
  • the Older People Partnership Board
  • the Long Term Conditions and Sensory Needs Partnership Board
  • the Dementia Partnership Board
  • the Mental Health Partnership Board
  • Healthwatch Bracknell Forest

Adult Social Care has also created three short videos which show three important areas of work:

  • Prevention and early intervention
  • Dementia friendly communities
  • Personalisation
